Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Memphis, TN to manage inbound and outbound orders, coordinate with Operations, and support customer communications. You will maintain knowledge of assigned accounts, run daily reports, and help ensure timely routing and shipping.

Strong English communication and 2 yrs of service experience preferred; Spanish is a plus. Responsibilities include documenting interactions, assisting with planning and supplies, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and provide inbound/outbound order management with logs and emails.
• Coordinate with operations to follow routing timelines and ship dates.
• Maintain knowledge of assigned accounts to cover for co-workers.
• Run daily reports and coordinate workload with Customer Service Manager.
• Communicate with customers about daily order volume and status.
• Assist with planning, paperwork, and supply needs for Ops team.
• Keep records of customer interactions and documents.
