Job summary

America’s Logistics, a subsidiary of American Foods Group, seeks a Customer Service Representative in Green Bay, Wisconsin. You will support transportation service and coordinate with drivers, planners, sales, and customers to ensure on-time deliveries.

You will build lasting relationships, schedule pickups and deliveries, monitor progress, and adapt plans to meet deadlines. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal communication, including telephonic conversations.
• Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to problem solve and resolve issues with autonomy.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle stress.
• Knowledge of McLeod Operating system.
• Prior dispatch or customer service skills in a transportation setting.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with drivers, driver managers/load planners, sales, manufacturing, distribution, and external customers.
• Be responsible for building lasting relationships with your customers that allow you to better serve their needs.
• Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments for all shipments, monitor driver progress along their route to their destination and adjust schedules to meet customers deadlines.
