Job summary

Mubea in Florence, AL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to communicate customer needs to production and logistics teams, taking orders for installation, service changes, and billing inquiries. You will use AS-400/SAP and other systems to review orders, monitor inventories, assist shipping, and prepare paperwork for prototypes and service orders.

A BA or equivalent and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of Lotus Notes; Internet software and Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word Processing software.
• Proficiency with fax, photocopier, scanner, video conferences and telephone systems.

Responsibilities

• Talks with customers by phone or in person and receives orders for installation, turn on, discontinuance, or change in service.
• Adjusts billing or service complaints and refers issues to designated departments for investigation.
• Collaborates with production management to determine status of parts and communicates updates to customers.
• Uses AS-400/SAP to review customer needs and reports weekly.
• Monitors inventories to ensure proper safety levels are maintained and assists in shipping when needed.
• Enters non-EDI orders and attends to paperwork for prototypes and service orders.
