Responsibilities

• Participate and foster involvement of all associates in quality improvements and problem solving efforts.
• Data research and analysis with improvement plans. May include productivity, downtime, scrap and change over initiatives.
• Support Quality initiatives through leading, training and engaging employees on various initiatives.
• Developing, planning, implementation of Quality tools, trainings and programs.
• Performing Quality Audits using industry standard practices.
• Improve process capabilities and output.
• Identify and implement cost, scrap and waste reduction activities.
• Recommend and implement improvement to the manufacturing processes.
