Job summary

Mobis Alabama LLC is seeking a Production Planning / BOM Specialist to manage production planning, BOM control, and EO coordination across SAP and MES systems. The role acts as the liaison between MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain and customers, ensuring accurate data, timely production execution, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, strong analytical and Excel skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation for production planning.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis for KPIs.
• Willingness to learn SAP/MES ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customer production planning and schedule changes.
• Coordinate production plan adjustments to support demand and plant operations.
• Maintain and monitor EDI, MES, and SAP data for accuracy and continuity.
• Track, analyze, and report production performance metrics and KPIs.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc production performance reports.
• Support requests from Korea Headquarters and participate in special projects.
• Manage SAP Material Master, BOMs and related ERP/MES information.
• Monitor Engineering Orders (EOs) and coordinate changes across departments.
• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to improve systems and processes.
