Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or 1–2 years related experience.
• Experience with Lotus Notes, Internet software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word).
• Proficiency with fax, scanner, photocopier, video conferences and telephone systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and discretion with confidential information.
• Good keyboarding, spelling, punctuation and oral communication.

Aufgaben

• Talks with customers by phone or in person and records orders for service changes.
• Handles billing or service complaints and forwards issues to appropriate departments.
• Coordinates with production management and line supervisors on parts status and communications.
• Uses AS-400/SAP to review customer needs and report weekly.
• Monitors inventory and helps with shipping when needed.
• Records non-EDI customer orders and enters data into XPPS.
