• Bachelor's Degree in logistics, supply chain or production scheduling, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Knowledge of SAP, ERP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles.
• Understanding steel processing in automotive manufacturing.

• Creates SCM strategies to improve efficiency while meeting safety and targets.
• Understand and communicate each step in production, manufacturing, and distribution.
