Job summary

Komax Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Buffalo Grove, IL to handle customer inquiries, process orders, and coordinate shipments. The role includes supporting the sales team, maintaining customer records, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Associate degree required; two years' related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Fluent English and Spanish preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP4HC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, resolve, and respond to customer inquiries via phone about order status, inventory, prices, and returns.
• Provide support to customers, sales force, and internal personnel as required.
• Maintain and update the customer service database with current information.
• Process Return Material Authorizations (RMA) according to procedures.
• Coordinate shipments, tracking, and return of Komax customer machines.
• Prepare and submit reports to support Customer Service and Sales.
• Adhere to company policies as documented in quality and safety manuals.
