Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Experience rotating through meat, bakery, produce and deli.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze financial and statistical information and use it to make informed decisions.

Aufgaben

• Plan, direct and supervise store department operations.
• Staffing, selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Mentor and coach team members; promote Meijer Friendly Initiative.
• Manage P&L, sales, and shrink; ensure customer service goals are met.
• Lead with safety and maintain prime shopping hours and product presentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
