Job summary

Meijer Inc. in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Customer Service Department Manager to lead and develop a high-performing service team at the East Grand Rapids store. You will drive engagement, coaching, scheduling, budgeting and forecasting to improve customer service and store performance.

You will oversee Team Leaders and Leads, ensure onboarding and training, build a diverse talent pipeline, and champion a culture of safety and continuous improvement while meeting financial targets.
