Job summary

Meijer is seeking a General Merchandise Department Manager to lead our East and West Grand Rapids store locations. The role focuses on engaging team members, driving coaching and performance management, and accountable area operations and financials.

You will direct Leads and Team Leaders while upholding the Meijer culture. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 4+ years in retail or customer service with progressive leadership, and a passion for industry-leading
