Meijer is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Department Manager to lead and inspire teams across multiple Michigan locations, including Benton Harbor and surrounding stores. You will drive operational excellence, motivate staff, and manage area finances to maximize sales and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of retail/grocery or customer service experience.
• Progressive leadership experience preferred.
• Clear and precise direction to team members through communication.
• Ability to analyze financial and statistical data to guide decisions.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with team members to ensure onboarding, training and development.
• Identify talent and support staffing with a diverse pipeline for roles.
• Lead discussions to uphold Meijer standards and growth opportunities.
• Oversee area operations and financial results, including budgeting and P&L items.
• Drive safety, compliance, and store condition management.
• Provide guidance to Team Leaders and Leads on daily priorities and training needs.
• Execute process improvements and uphold Meijer culture.
