Job summary

Meijer is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Department Manager to lead, inspire, and drive operational excellence across South Haven, Benton Harbor, Stevensville and surrounding stores. You will spend time in each location based on business needs, ensuring onboarding, coaching, and development for team members while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 4+ years in retail or customer service with progressive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of retail, grocery, or customer service experience.
• Progressive leadership experience preferred.
• Strong ability to communicate clearly and coach teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Customer Service Department across stores.
• Drive onboarding, training, coaching and performance management.
• Oversee budget, forecasting, safety and process improvements.
• Direct Leads and Team Leaders and ensure Meijer standards.
