Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent is required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in other store areas and customer service flow are helpful.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and resolve conflicts.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and analyze financial information for decisions.
• Ability to train and mentor team members and promote safety.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Promote career paths and development within the team.
• Manage disciplinary actions and performance decisions.
• Oversee P&L, sales goals and shrink reduction for the department.
• Maintain retail standards, product presentation and customer service quality.
