Raymour & Flanigan in West Hartford is seeking a Customer Service Lead to bridge the gap between dream and delivery by assisting customers with scheduling deliveries, managing payments, and addressing questions and concerns.

You will work independently and as part of a small team to elevate the customer shopping experience, with a retail schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, holidays, and events.
