Burlington Stores is hiring a Part-Time Customer Service Lead in Somerville, MA. You will guide day-to-day customer service efforts, inspire associates to deliver friendly and professional service, and ensure a customer-first shopping experience.

As a leader, you’ll model the company values, manage front-end operations, and help maintain efficient checkouts while supporting a positive store environment. Base pay is $16 per hour with eligibility for benefits and time-off as noted.

Qualifications

• Leadership and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
