5280 Community Waste Solutions LLC is seeking a part-time on-site Team Lead to manage trash collection operations across multiple Colorado locations. The role focuses on staffing, training, safety, and process efficiency while driving service growth and customer satisfaction.

Successful candidates will use financial and efficiency data to implement best practices, coach a team of collectors, and ensure adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1-3 years of leadership experience including budgeting and reporting.
• Strong communication with OPS leadership and teams.
• Proven track record in leading and coaching teams.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills with data and spreadsheets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships and manage projects under tight deadlines.
• Customer service focus with talent in staff development.

Responsabilités

• Lead, motivate, coach, and support a team of Trash Collectors.
• Oversee staffing, training, safety compliance, and internal systems efficiency.
• Manage opening of new properties and on-site work 4-6 times per week.
• Coordinate scheduling and daily timecard management for crew.
• Ensure compliance via company systems and training.
• Conduct community site visits to ensure adherence to standards.
• Enforce safety, document concerns, and identify near misses.
• Coordinate fleet training, maintenance, inspections, and fuel transactions.
• Monitor task adoption, tracking, and completion.
• Respond to leadership and the Director of Operations with expeditious communication.
• Perform additional duties as needed; additional compensation may apply.
