The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and data-driven decision making. Part-time with growth into full-time, on-site work 4-6 days/week, evenings and Saturdays, with a 401k plan and potential company match.

• Drive service growth and customer satisfaction goals.
• Manage new properties openings and site visits.
• Respond promptly to operations leadership with updates.
• Balance staffing and inventory with efficiency targets.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
