5280 Community Waste Solutions seeks a Part-Time Team Lead to supervise on-site operations, staffing, safety compliance, training, and inventory control across Colorado locations. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience, including budgeting and reporting.
• Strong communication with leadership and staff, and ability to respond quickly.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint with data-oriented mindset.
• Customer service focus and ability to coach teams under deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Lead, motivate, coach, and support a team of Trash Collectors.
• Oversee scheduling, daily timecard management, and compliance.
• Coordinate training, safety, and development using company systems.
• Conduct site visits to ensure service standards and staff accountability.
• Manage fleet training, maintenance, and fuel transactions for approved drivers.
