Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously by name (if known).
• Answer telephones promptly and courteously identifying yourself and the company.
• Provide professional and knowledgeable assistance to customers.
• Provide accurate and timely execution of customer’s orders, requests and other services.
• Enhance customer orders by suggesting additional products not explicitly requested.
• Use computer systems for invoicing, credits, returns, procurement, and cash accountability.
• Load and unload vehicles using proper equipment.
• Break down and store stock.
• Maintain regular attendance; participate in after-hours rotation.
