Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Connected Customer Manager to lead front-end operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and drive exceptional customer service across the store.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years retail/customer service management experience including recruiting, hiring and training associates.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Customer Service Associates and related to the front end and inventory accuracy in the store.
• Develop weekly schedules to ensure optimized store coverage.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop store associates.
• Oversee inventory management and pricing updates.
• Ensure compliance with payroll, scheduling and customer service procedures.
