FASTSIGNS of Albuquerque N.E. Heights is seeking a Customer Service Representative with an interest in project coordination. You will be the first point of contact for walk-ins, emails, and calls, guiding leads from inquiry through project execution.

Join a fast-growing visual communications team; open to applicants with or without a college degree, with training provided. Compensation ranges from $18 to $24 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years inside sales experience.
• Customer service skills and experience.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for walk-ins, email, and telephone customers.
• Work with management and support teams to satisfy customers and generate revenue in line with company's vision and values.
• Sales activities from lead generation through project management.
• Meet sales targets (monthly and annually).
• Schedule appointments as needed.
• Consult with customers to design and create signs.
