Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and people skills.
• 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in a sign or fabrication shop.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized under pressure.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers, identify needs, and make recommendations.
• Estimate projects from business cards to large-scale signage.
• Communicate with customers via email and phone through all production stages.
• Coordinate with vendors when outsourcing projects.
• Follow up on lead emails and process payments and invoices.
• Maintain an attractive, organized retail space.
• Inform customers about order status and changes to schedules.
• Support project management from start to finish with excellent service.
• Build lasting customer relationships to drive sales.
