Job summary

Lowe's Customer Service Associate is responsible for welcoming customers, helping them find products, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. You will answer questions, handle merchandise, and support multiple departments based on need. The role emphasizes friendly service and reliability.

In this part-time position, you will join a team focused on helping customers with home improvement needs, with opportunities to grow through training and benefits availability.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction)
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Replenish stock and organize shelves
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for timely receipt of merchandise
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance customer service
• Prepare merchandise in department according to customer needs (paint, pipes, wood, etc.)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned
