Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and deliver friendly support for home improvement needs. You will interact with shoppers, assist with locating merchandise, and ensure requests are fulfilled efficiently.

You may work in various departments and will cross-train to improve service. This role supports part-time schedules with growth opportunities in a retail environment.

Formación

• 6 months computer experience including data entry
• 6 months experience with common retail tech (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties
• Min. lifting 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service
• Prepare department merchandise (paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
