Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or tablet
• 6 months experience using common retail technology
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
