You will interact with customers throughout the day, help locate items, answer questions, and ensure a smooth shopping experience, often handling checkout and basic duties across departments.

The role emphasizes friendly communication, multitasking, and physical tasks like stocking and light lifting, with training across various store areas to support customer needs.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic software.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves by identifying empty areas and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (paint tint/mix, pipe work, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout processes.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
