Lowe’s is hiring a Customer Service Associate in Montgomery, AL. You’ll welcome customers, help them find products, and provide friendly service while supporting store operations and merchandising.

The role emphasizes teamwork, stock replenishment, and ensuring customer needs are met in a dynamic retail environment. You’ll interact with customers daily, assist across departments, and may load merchandise as needed.

Formación

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting data)
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand/sit for long periods and perform job duties
• Minimum lift 25 lbs, unassisted or with accommodation

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for timely receipt
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance customer service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (painting, piping, wood, drywall, etc.)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
