The role emphasizes helpful, practical home improvement guidance and cheerful, professional interaction. Expected to work across departments, you’ll engage with customers, answer questions, stock shelves, and ensure orders arrive accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• 6 Months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties as needed.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock merchandise by checking shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
