The role emphasizes assisting with product selection, stocking, and timely order processing. Candidates should be ready to participate in training, work in a fast-paced retail environment, and support customers from checkout to post-purchase service.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• Experience with common retail technology (smartphones, tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Restock merchandise and replenish shelves as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to support customer service
• Prepare merchandise in department according to customer needs (e.g., tint/paint, cut materials)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
