Lowe's in Houston, TX is seeking a Customer Service Associate to warmly welcome customers and assist with home improvement needs. You will help customers find products, load merchandise, and ensure satisfaction throughout their shopping experience.

Daily tasks vary by department, and you may rotate to support Appliances, Hardware, Tools, or other areas while maintaining a high level of service and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Able to minimally lift 25 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure timely receipt.
• Cross-train in other areas to support excellent service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint tinting, plumbing, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
