Lowe's is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Associate to greet customers and help them find the right home improvement products in-store. You’ll interact with customers throughout the day, answering questions and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

You will also assist with locating merchandise, stocking shelves, processing orders, and supporting cross-functional teams to maintain store standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, or outputting information)
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (phones/tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform job duties
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation

Aufgaben

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Restock merchandise and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service quality
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (painting, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
