Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for their home improvement needs. You will engage customers throughout the day, assist with locating merchandise, and ensure all customer needs are met in a fast-paced store environment.

You will spend time listening to customers, answering questions, organizing merchandise, and supporting various departments as needed to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise and replenish supplies on shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt by customers.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to support customer service excellence.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
