Job summary

TreeHouse Foods seeks a Specialist, Customer Service & Fulfillment in De Pere, WI. You will act as liaison between customers and internal teams, supporting order processing and customer satisfaction across multiple channels, including international and retail.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in customer service, with strong communication and proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP preferred. This is a full-time hybrid position with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make sound, service-oriented decisions with financial implications.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
• Understand and execute the end-to-end sales process from order entry to shipment.
• Perform order-entry functions manually or via EDI.
• Utilize SAP and BI tools to monitor inventory and order history.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting customer service and KPIs.
• Generate and analyze reports for customer service metrics.
• Complete assigned projects that support department goals.
