TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for the Supply Chain who will partner with Operations and Finance teams to drive financial insight. This full-time role at our De Pere, WI office emphasizes transportation/warehousing cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance and/or accounting or related field required.
• 3–7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or related roles, preferably in a CPG or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; SAP experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, forecasts, and budgets for transportation and warehousing expenses.
• Monitor KPIs and identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting business performance.
• Analyze variances to budget, forecast, and prior year results and communicate key drivers to business partners.
• Develop, enhance, and analyze reports that provide insights into key performance metrics.
• Support cost savings initiatives through financial analysis, tracking, and reporting.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain Finance, and Division Finance teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
