Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, merchandising, and customer service. You will cross-train for front-end duties, operate the cash register, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment for shoppers.

The role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, accuracy in cash handling, and adherence to safety and productivity standards. Part-time schedule with on-site duties at the Camden store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• High level of integrity.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations including merchandising and stocking.
• Support customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
