Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to help operate the store with a focus on a welcoming shopping environment. You will cross-train to support cash register duties and front-end tasks as needed.

Key responsibilities include merchandise reception, stocking, cleaning, and assisting customers with friendly, professional interactions. The role requires physical effort and reliable cash handling skills in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.
• Basic math for cash handling.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock shelves as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and associates.
• Handle sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
