Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, engage customers, and maintain a clean, welcoming shopping environment. You will assist with merchandising, stocking, and front-end duties while cross-training for cash register responsibilities.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred with prior retail or service experience

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent or be currently enrolled
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner in accordance with productivity standards
• Merchandising and stocking as needed
• Assisting with cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable
• Ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders
• Managing sales transactions while working assigned cash register
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets
• Other duties as assigned*
