Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to help run daily store operations, from stocking to assisting customers. You will support front-end duties, maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and work at the register when needed.

The role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, reliability, and the ability to handle merchandise flow while ensuring safety and accuracy in cash handling across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform physical duties (standing, walking, bending).
• Strong customer service, organizational and communication skills.
• Basic math proficiency for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including restrooms and floors.
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and coworkers.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register and secure cash.
• Protect company assets and maintain cash handling integrity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
