Job summary

Dollar Tree in Stevenson, Alabama is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support store operations, assist customers, and help with merchandising and front-end duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs. and be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• High level of integrity.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, including bathrooms and floors.
• Provide friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Handle sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Protect cash and company assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
