Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate II to support store operations. You will assist with merchandising, stocking, and maintaining a clean shopping environment while delivering friendly customer service.

You’ll be cross-trained to run the cash register and back-end duties as needed. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and a proactive approach to helping customers and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail or service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs. and stand/walk frequently.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise and process freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness including restrooms.
• Provide positive, friendly customer interactions.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Protect cash and company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
