Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations in Birmingham, AL. You will assist with merchandising, stocking, and cleaning while providing friendly customer service and cross-training to assist at the front end.

You will handle transactions, maintain cash security, and work with leaders to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping environment. This role may require lifting and physical tasks as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience in retail, grocery, or related environments.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations including merchandising and stocking.
• Support customers and ensure a clean, welcoming store environment.
• Handle sales transactions and operate the assigned cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect store assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership.
