Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to help run daily store operations,assist customers, and support front-end duties as needed. You’ll be cross-trained to handle cash register tasks and maintain a clean, welcoming shopping environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, integrity, and strong communication. Part-time positions are available at Sheridan, CO, with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform-related physical duties.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
• High level of integrity is required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness, including bathrooms, floors, and general areas.
• Ensuring a positive and respectful environment for customers and team members.
• Managing sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintaining cash security and protecting assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
