Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail or customer service experience is highly preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
• Capable of lifting 30–50 lbs and performing physical tasks as needed
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• High integrity and reliability
• Proficient in basic math for cash handling
