Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to assist with daily store operations, including merchandising and supporting customers. You will be cross-trained to handle cash register duties and front-end tasks as needed.

The role emphasizes a clean, welcoming environment, strong customer service, and safe, respectful interactions with customers and team members. High school diploma preferred; lifting up to 50 lbs required.

Qualifications

• This role prefers a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail or service experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and operate standard procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise and processing freight safely.
• merchandising and stocking as needed
• Maintaining clean store areas including bathrooms
• Interacting with customers and associates in a friendly, respectful manner
