Job Title: Customer Service Expert L-1

Location: Pan India

Type: Work From Home

Salary Range: 12,000-14,000 (In hand) + 2,000 (net allowance) + incentives

Qualifications / Education and Other Requirements:

• Education: 10th, 12th, Diploma, Graduates, Post Graduates (with 0-3 years of experience)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability
• Decision-making skills
• Languages required: English, Hindi, Kannada OR English, Hindi, Telugu OR English, Kannada, Tamil
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Flexible for day shifts (9 hours of login between 8 AM - 10 PM)
• Willing to work 6 days a week with a weekday off

**Laptop with webcam, good internet speed, and power backup are essential**

Role and Responsibilities: Customer Service Expert L-1

• Act as a relationship manager for paid customers of NoBroker
• Build sustainable relationships and trust through open and interactive communication
• Identify and assess customers’ needs
• Assist customers in finding the right tenant or property as per their requirements
• Handle outbound calls and attend inbound calls from customers and leads
• Use internal tools and methods to provide the best possible service
• Negotiate with leads on behalf of customers
• Keep customers updated on their account progress
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service

**Training will be provided for the initial days to understand the end-to-end process.**
