Skills and Competencies
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • An eagerness to grow and excel and be part of a dynamic multi-product team.
  • Basic knowledge of database administration (SQL Server, Postgres).
  • Superb analytical skills and persistence in problem solving, particularly in technical troubleshooting.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrates creativity, flexibility, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
  • Exposure to the financial industry, banking, lending, commercial real estate, and/or capital markets is a plus.
Education

Bachelor's degree required; concentration in Finance, Accounting, or Computer Science is a plus.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will support Moody’s Analytics clients using our Lending Solutions products, troubleshooting platform errors, configuration, data issues, and advising on platform usage and new features. You will collaborate with client delivery and engineering teams to escalate issues.

This role offers an opportunity to develop your career in financial technology services, gaining broad knowledge of lending, credit risk, and platform configuration to add value to our clients’ businesses.

  • Providing conceptual solutions to clients.
  • Providing education and assistance on product features, functionality, and architecture.
  • Supporting clients via web, email, and phone in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
  • Developing strong working relationships within Client Service and partner teams.
  • Providing feedback on client needs and product opportunities.
  • Capturing and channeling client feedback on features and functionality.
  • Creating content for the client Knowledge Base.
  • Managing and escalating requests while maintaining ownership of client interactions.
About the team

We support Moody’s Analytics Lending Solutions products in a fast-paced environment.

For US-based roles, the anticipated salary range is $56,300 - $81,650, depending on experience, education, skills, and location. This role is eligible for incentive compensation and benefits including medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, 401(k), insurance, stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
