Bachelor's degree required; concentration in Finance, Accounting, or Computer Science is a plus.
In this role, you will be part of a team supporting Moody’s Analytics clients in their usage of the suite of Moody’s Analytics Lending Solutions products. Your day will include troubleshooting platform errors, configuration and data issues, advising clients on platform utilization, and informing them about new features to enhance their lending experience. You will work closely with client delivery and engineering teams to escalate code and configuration issues.

We operate in a fast-paced environment supporting Moody’s Analytics Lending Solutions products.
For US-based roles, the anticipated salary range is $56,300.00 - $81,650.00, depending on experience, education, skills, and location. This role is eligible for incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, 401(k), life, disability, and accident insurance, stock purchase plans, and tuition reimbursement.
