Skills and Competencies
  • Strong customer service skills.

  • Basic knowledge of database administration (i.e., SQL Server, Postgres).
  • Superb analytical skills and persistence in problem solving, particularly in technical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be part of a team supporting Moody’s Analytics clients in their usage of the suite of Moody’s Analytics Lending Solutions products. Your day will include troubleshooting platform errors, configuration and data issues, advising clients on platform utilization, and informing them about new features to enhance their lending experience. You will work closely with client delivery and engineering teams to escalate code and configuration issues.

  • Providing conceptual solutions to our wide range of clients.
  • Offering in-depth education and assistance on product features, functionality, and technical architecture.
  • Supporting clients on our credit risk products via web, email, and phone in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
  • Developing excellent working relationships with colleagues within Client Service and partner teams such as Engineering, Research, and Product.
  • Providing feedback to sales and training groups regarding client needs and opportunities.
  • Capturing and channeling client feedback on product features and functionality.
  • Creating content for our client Knowledge Base.
  • Managing and escalating requests while maintaining ownership of the client interaction and solution delivery.
About the team

We operate in a fast-paced environment supporting Moody’s Analytics Lending Solutions products.

For US-based roles, the anticipated salary range is $56,300.00 - $81,650.00, depending on experience, education, skills, and location. This role is eligible for incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, 401(k), life, disability, and accident insurance, stock purchase plans, and tuition reimbursement.
