Skills and Competencies
Education
Bachelor's degree required; concentration in Finance, Accounting, or Computer Science is a plus.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will support Moody's Analytics clients in their usage of the suite of Moody's Analytics Lending Solutions products. Your daily activities include troubleshooting platform errors, configuration and data issues, advising clients on platform optimization, and collaborating with client delivery and engineering teams to escalate issues.

About the team
We operate in a fast-paced environment supporting Moody's Analytics Lending Solutions products.
For US-based roles, the anticipated salary range is $56,300.00 - $81,650.00, depending on experience, education, skills, and location. This role is eligible for incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, 401(k), life, disability, and accident insurance, employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
