Skills and Competencies

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • An eagerness to grow and excel and be part of a dynamic multi-product team.
  • Basic knowledge of database administration (i.e., SQL Server, Postgres).
  • Superb analytical skills and persistence in problem solving, particularly in technical troubleshooting.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.

  • Exposure to the financial industry, banking, lending, commercial real estate, and/or capital markets is a plus.

Education

Bachelor's degree required; concentration in Finance, Accounting, or Computer Science is a plus.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will support Moody's Analytics clients in their usage of the suite of Moody's Analytics Lending Solutions products. Your daily activities include troubleshooting platform errors, configuration and data issues, advising clients on platform optimization, and collaborating with client delivery and engineering teams to escalate issues.

This position offers a chance to develop your career in financial technology services by supporting world-class software. You will gain broad knowledge of lending, credit risk, and platform configuration, ensuring our products, financial models, and technology are used effectively to add value to clients' businesses.

  • Providing conceptual solutions to a wide range of clients.
  • Offering in-depth education and assistance on product features, functionality, and technical architecture.
  • Supporting clients via web, email, and telephone in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
  • Developing strong working relationships with colleagues across departments such as Client Service, Engineering, Research, and Product.
  • Providing feedback to sales and training teams regarding client needs and opportunities.
  • Gathering and channeling client feedback on product features and functionality.
  • Creating content for our client Knowledge Base.
  • Managing and escalating requests while maintaining ownership of client interactions and solutions.

About the team

We operate in a fast-paced environment supporting Moody's Analytics Lending Solutions products.

For US-based roles, the anticipated salary range is $56,300.00 - $81,650.00, depending on experience, education, skills, and location. This role is eligible for incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, 401(k), life, disability, and accident insurance, employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
