Job summary

Superior Industries seeks a detail-oriented Customer Service Estimator to support the sales process by providing accurate quotes and high-quality service to distributors, end users, and customers.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Transportation, and Production, maintain regular customer communication, apply product knowledge to recommend solutions, and use E1ERP, Google, and Salesforce to document quotes and orders, ensuring on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong organization.
• Strong mechanical understanding and above-average math skills.
• Experience with Windows-based software, ERP Sales Modules and Salesforce.
• Self-driven in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate quotes responding to inquiries from distributors, end users and potential customers.
• Process customer orders and prepare specifications for Eng, Transportation and Production teams.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and dealers about quotes, orders and delivery schedules.
• Apply product knowledge to recommend the best solutions and incorporate feedback from other departments.
• Document and manage the sales process using E1ERP, Google and Salesforce; ensure quotes reflect special requirements.
• Monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a top-notch customer experience.
